The method I’ve used to make this little characters is based on the Japanese Shibayama. I wanted to make the ants in a group because that’s how I normally encounter them but the lone ant always comes across as so audacious so they are pretty happy by themselves.
They are cast in solid sterling silver and the stones are from Gemstone Beach in the deep south island of New Zealand.
The plump ant rings are size L and the signet is size H 1/2
