Two of these rings are made with Fire opals. I love them. These are from Mexico and they glow like embers- they are gorgeous. The metal is bronze and the colour match is impeccable. The largest ring is a size Q and the horned ring is a size L.
The plain band with a single stone is set with a Citrine and, again the metal is bronze.
The final ring in this collection is one of my favourite rings… I call it my cauliflower ring because of all the little circles that make up the display. Its made of brass and set with Australian Jasper.
I was approached by a primary school that wanted me to donate to their fundraising campaign by donating a product or service. I can’t afford to offer a service (a bespoke design or class) so I used some of my existing ring blanks to make a special collection of rings using fire opals and citrines to create a little collection for them.
I spent a day putting this work together and then the organiser just never turned up to collect them. After several missed collection appointments I have decided to add the rings to my shop to recuperate the costs of making this group.
